The Homeland Security Administration promotes that that the
function of the
Surveillance Grid that is currently being installing throughout the
country is to control traffic, track and locate child abductors
and to "protect" us from terrorists.
The grid is in
reality a CONTROL SYSTEM to MONITOR and TRACK the
Citizens of the United States. This surveillance/control grid violates our right to
privacy as outlined in 4th Amendment of the US Constitution (Bill
of Rights).
Article [IV.]
The right of the people to be secure in
their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable
searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants
shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or
affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched,
and the persons or things to be seized.
